A brief introduction of sand casting foundry

The sand casting foundry occupies over 80,000 ㎡, facilitated with a resin-sand processing line, a FBOIII line produced by SINTO, horizontal automatic molding line,Z148 ring production line. And the casting process included: green sands, resin sands and coated sands, the unit max weight up to 3000KGS, material covers all kinds of grey iron GG15, GG20, GG25, GG30, ductile iron GGG400-18, GGG500-7 and GGG600-3. The Foundry has acquired ISO9001:2008 system certification and PED certification of TÜV Rheinland in Germany.
