Visual inspection

Visual inspection must be 100% carried out and need to make sure there will be no defects on the surface of investment castings.

Dimensional Inspection

To ensure customized products are on the dimension, we need to test the product by measuring tools one by one according to the drawing.

Chemical Analysis

To ensure the material conforms to the standard compositions of the specified steel grade, we test the chemical composition of materials accordingly for each furnace of melted steel by the spectrometer.

Physical Testing

Physical Properties such as Tensile Strength, hardness, impact strength, Elongation, etc is tested in-house laboratory with advanced measurement equipment and state-of-the-art inspection facilities.
